The Pavilion Grill - Rogers City: Reviews & Ratings
Me and my family visit every year for their amazing ice cream. But they also have an array of delicious food options. They do close just before Labor Day until the next summer. It's a perfect spot right by lake huron in rogers city, next to/in a park that leads directly to the beach and marina. We can’t wait to come back again next summer.
We got lunch there as we were riding our bikes. I had the chili cheese hot dog, and my wife had a regular hot dog. We didn't realize they came with potato chips, so as a side, we ordered chips and nacho cheese. They had a wider variety than I would have expected for this type of establishment. The crew was very friendly, and the service was prompt. It was in the park over looking Lake Huron, so a great view. To top it off, we had a sunny day.
little gem right at the marina. watch the boat while enjoying ice cream.
This is my fathers favorite place to go when we are up north. The ice cream is defiantly creamier than at other ice cream shops. He talks about the Michigan Black Cherry Ice cream all year and always asks when they will be open, as it is seasonal. All and all it is a must stop if you find yourself near Rogers City. The owner and staff are very personable and will take the time to chat if they are not overly busy. The view of the lake and the park are incredible. Feels like you are in a 1950s movie.
There needs to be more places like this. Great food!
We docked at the marina, at 8 p.m. on a Sunday and the Pavilion was open to 9 p.m. Perfect after a hard day on the water. We appreciated the fried foods!
Delicious little walk-up joint on the water. Lots of seating available. Small menu with fried food. Served ice cream as well.
Visited Rogers City and stopped by the pavilion grill and absolutely loved the food. Got fries with chili and cheese, hotdog with chili and cheese and some ice cream and they all tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely view as well right next to the lake.
